Mπαρ για την υποστήριξη των καταπιεσμένων συντρόφων στην Ισπανία

Στις 29 Οκτώβρη του 2018, δύο αναρχικά συντρόφια από τη Μαδρίτη συλλαμβάνονται κατηγορούμενα για εμπρηστικό σαμποτάζ σε ΑΤΜ της τράπεζας Bankia στις 13 Απρίλη του ίδιου έτους.

Το γραφείο της εισαγγελείας μαζί με την Bankia και την ασφαλιστική της, Mapfre, απήγγειλαν κατηγορίες με ποινή φυλάκισης 3 χρόνων για καταστροφές και αποζημίωση 17,000 ευρώ για κοινωνική ευθύνη. Στην κατάθεση της αστυνομίας, το γεγονός συνδέεται με τοποθέτηση αναρτημένη σε μέσα αντιπληροφόρησης στην οποία η ευθύνη για την επίθεση αναλαμβάνεται σε αλληλεγγύη με τη Lisa, η οποία καταδικάστηκε σε 7 χρόνια φυλάκισης (σε τρίτο βαθμό) για ληστεία τράπεζας στο Άαχεν (Γερμανία). Ισχυρίστηκαν ακόμα ότι τα συντρόφια είναι αναγνωρισμένα αναρχικά, αναφερόμενοι σε ταυτοποιήσεις από πορείες, αφισοκολλήσεις και συλλήψεις σε εκκενώσεις καταλήψεων. Όλες αυτές οι ρητορικές χρησιμοποιήθηκαν για να δικαιολογήσουν το ιδεολογικό υπόβαθρο, αφού τα συντρόφια ως αναρχικά μισούν τις τράπεζες και η Bankia σε αυτήν την περίπτωση είναι το θύμα αυτού του "ιδεολογικού μίσους".

Αυτή είναι μια ακόμα επίθεση του κράτους στο αναρχικό κίνημα ως σύνολο, προσπαθώντας να τιμωρήσει την αλληλεγγύη και να δώσει ένα μάθημα σε ολόκληρη την κοινωνία. Δεν είναι μόνο μια δίωξη της αναρχικής δράσης, αλλά και της σκέψης, μιας και βλέπουμε την προσπάθεια να εισαχθεί το "επιβαρυντικό της ιδεολογίας". Μέσα σε αυτό το πλαίσιο περιλαμβάνεται και η επιχείρηση Arca, στην οποία δύο συντρόφια κατηγορούνται για διάφορα σαμποτάζ στη Μαδρίτη.

Τα συντρόφια στην υπόθεση της Bankia καταδικάστηκαν τελικά σε 1 χρόνο φυλάκισης με αναστολή και σε καταβολή αποζημίωσης 7,000 ευρώ στη μηνύτρια εταιρία, αφού υπέγραψαν συμφωνία αναλαμβάνοντας την ευθύνη των πράξεων για τις οποίες κατηγορούνταν. Πραγματοποιούμε αυτές τις εκδηλώσεις αλληλεγγύης για να καλύψουμε τα έξοδα αυτά.

On October 29th, 2018 two anarchist comrades from Madrid were arrested accused of a fire sabotage to a Bankia ATM on April 13th of the same year.

The Prosecutor's Office together with Bankia and Mapfre (the bank's insurer) asked for 3 years for Damages and 17,000 euros in Civil Liability. In the police statement, the fact is related to a statement uploaded to counterinformation websites in which the action was vindicated in solidarity with Lisa, sentenced to 7 years (now in third degree) for a bank robbery in Aachen (Germany). They also say that the comrades are recognized anarchists, mentioning identifications at rallies, poster-attachments or arrests in evictions. All this rhetoric is used to justify the ideological aggravant since the comrades, being anarchists, hate the banks, and Bankia in this case would be a victim of this "ideological hatred".

This is another attack from the State on the anarchist movement as a whole, trying to punish solidarity and to teach lessons to the whole society. Not only is it intended to persecute anarchist action, but also thought, which we see in the attempt to introduce the 'ideological aggravant'. Within this offensive they also include Operation Arca, in which two comrades are accused of different sabotages in Madrid.

The comrades in the Bankia case have finally been sentenced to 1 prison year each with suspended sentence and the payment of 7000 euros to the complainant, having signed an agreement of conformity assuming the culpability of the judged facts.

It is to finance these expenses that we are organising these solidarity events.

El 29 de octubre de 2018 dos compañerxs anarquistas de Madrid fueron detenidos acusados de un sabotaje con fuego a un cajero de Bankia el 13 de abril del mismo año.

Fiscalía junto con Bankia y Mapfre (la aseguradora del banco) pedían 3 años por delito de Daños y 17.000 euros de Responsabilidad Civil. En el atestado policial, el hecho se relaciona con un comunicado subido a webs de contrainformación en el que se reivindicaba la acción en solidaridad con Lisa, condenada a 7 años (ahora mismo en tercer grado) por un atraco a un banco en Aachen (Alemania). También dicen que lxs compañerxs son anarquistas reconocidos, mencionando indentificaciones en concentraciones, pegadas de carteles o detenciones en desalojos. Todo este castillo en el aire lo usan para justificar el agravante ideológico ya que lxs compañerxs, al ser anarquistas, odian los bancos, y Bankia en este caso sería una víctima de este "odio ideológico".

Este es un ataque más desde el Estado al movimiento anarquista como conjunto, tratando de castigar la solidaridad y aleccionar a la sociedad entera. No sólo se pretende perseguir la acción anarquista, sino también el pensamiento, lo cual vemos en el intento de meter el 'agravante ideológico'. Dentro de esta ofensiva también encuadran la Operación Arca, en la que se acusa dos compañeras de diferentes sabotajes en Madrid.

Lxs compañerxs del caso Bankia finalmente han sido condenados a 1 año de prisión cada uno con suspensión de condena y al pago de 7000 euros a la parte denunciante, habiendo firmado un pacto de conformidad asumiendo la culpabilidad de los hechos.

Es para financiar estos gastos por lo que estamos organizando eventos solidarios.
